The following is a detailed breakdown of the topic and ideas from five core courses of Human Service Management and Criminal Justice Administration that facilitated Team B’s studies, development, and preparation of our final presentation and weekly assignments. The need to work and communicate well with other team members is an essential skill for developing and preparing presentations as well as for written reports. Environ consultants make every effort to unite with others to create provisions under which people with environmental needs will experience opportunities to develop and exercise skills; encouragement to make choices in the search of personal growth, presence, and participation. Other attempts of the firm are respect and dignity through opportunities for self-encouragement that allow each client to express his or her needs, and decrease the negative stress surrounding life changes.

Each member of this team has personal experience along with education that will benefit Environs consulting firm with the mission to help clients provide the following services: program management, biological resources, and environmental research in private and public sectors. Two of the team members have direct professional and educational experience in human services management from Peer Support Technician to (Bianca’s position). One team member has educational and professional experience in team building, research, and collaboration with other programs or organizations to service clients. Each team member has gained research, communication, and management skills from team projects required in most classes at University of Phoenix is essential in strengthening organizational skills, leadership, and compassion.

Michaela’s analysis of the content and concept in Environs preparation of the weekly assignments include communication, teamwork, and time management. The criminal justice core courses prepare individuals for imperative administration and organizational skills to manage clients in a management setting. Other priorities include acquainting students with research methods, current trends, and technological progress. The course in interpersonal communication prepares students to correspond efficiently in verbal and written applications along with analytical forms. Other types include interpersonal oral communication in a professional setting that networks with government officials, staff, and civilians. The course in organizational behavior and management covers the study of group and individual actions as it relates to society. Administrating organizational behavior questions individual managerial organization and structure, enthusiasm, and leadership.
